Buying could not be easier. Just browse the site, and add any items that you wish to buy into the basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be taken to our secure payment page.

On receipt of your Order, we will send you an Order acknowledgement email to the email address which you provide in the Order process. This Order acknowledgement email will contain your Order number, details of the Goods ordered and a delivery estimate. Note that this email is only to acknowledge that your order has been received, and is not acceptance by us of any offers to purchase Goods.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, JCB and American Express. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.

An offer made by you to purchase a product shall only be deemed to be accepted by us when we despatch that product to you and send you an Order despatch email which includes details of the product. If a product is not available we will include details of the unavailable product in the Order despatch email. A product which is not available will not be included in the contract for a product which is despatched.

All prices and charges on the Website are in UK pounds sterling. Delivery charges may apply and these will be displayed in the order process.

All prices are, unless otherwise stated, inclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

We aim to process orders and deliver goods within four to five working days. There is a flat £3.95 shipping charge for all orders. We use Royal Mail for delivery of smaller orders, however for large items/orders we may use DHL. We currently only accept orders for delivery to UK mainland addresses.

Return of Faulty Goods

If a product is faulty Boo Boo Crafts will happily accept the return.

Return of Non-Faulty Goods

At Boo Boo Crafts, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If, however, you wish to cancel your order, then you may do so in accordance with the provisions below.

You have the right to cancel your order with us within seven days of receipt of the goods, under the United Kingdom Distance Selling Regulations 2000. We cannot however accept returns if:

• The products have been personalised or customised in any way.
• The packaging has been unsealed or damaged.
• The product is perishable.

Please note: If the product does not fulfill the criteria above then we will not be able to offer you a refund. We will have to send the product back to you, and you will have to incur the additional cost of the delivery to yourself.

Please do not send your products back to Boo Boo Crafts without first contacting us to arrange a returns authorisation on your order.

Please note we do advise a certificate of postage to be obtained as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in the post. It is only when we receive the item in its original state that Boo Boo Crafts will refund the necessary purchase price for the item.

Boo Boo Crafts do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment.
